At Amplify, all products are supplied for research use only and are handled under controlled conditions to maintain quality and integrity.
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
Order Issues
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
